At the public hearing, members of the public may appear in person or by attorney to provide information and make statements concerning the foregoing Project application. This notice is published in accordance with, and the public hearing is held by the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development on behalf of the Mayor of the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as the highest elected official in the jurisdiction in which a portion of the Project is located, all as required by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and the regulations thereunder.
