Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2., notice is hereby given that University of the Sciences in Philadelphia has submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection a Notice of Intent to Remediate a site located at 4514-22 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, Pa 19143. This Notice of Intent to Remediate states that one unregulated 8,000-gallon fuel oil underground storage tank (UST) was located beneath the paved area to the north of the former site structure. University of the Sciences in Philadelphia has indicated that the UST has been removed and subsurface evaluation and sampling activities were completed. The proposed future use of the property will be a multi-story student residence building with associated improvements. Notice is hereby given that University of the Sciences in Philadelphia has submitted a Final Report to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Southeast Regional Office, to demonstrate attainment of the Statewide Health Standard for the site located at 4514-22 Woodland Avenue in the City and County of Philadelphia. University of the Sciences in Philadelphia has indicated that the remediation measures taken have attained compliance with the Statewide Health clean up Standard established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
