Request for Proposals for Construction Inspection Services Philadelphia Holocaust Memorial The Philadelphia Holocaust Remembrance Foundation is seeking engineering firms to undertake construction inspection services for the purposes of assisting the PHRF in undertaking proposed improvements for the Holocaust Memorial - Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The project is anticipated to be under construction this fall and has an approximate duration of 12 months.
