Notice is hereby given that Kinder Morgan Liquids Terminals, LLC (Kinder Morgan) is submitting a Remedial Investigation Report (RIR) to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) for the Philadelphia Terminal located at 3300 North Delaware Avenue, Ward #45 in the City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County. Kinder Morgan has indicated that a combination of Statewide Health and Site Specific Standards have been selected for the site. The proposed future use of the site is to remain commercial/ industrial. This notice is made under the provision of the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. #4, No. 1995-2.
