Notification of a Remedial Investigation Report Notice is hereby given that Kinder Morgan Liquids Terminals, LLC (Kinder Morgan) is submitting a Remedial Investigation Report (RIR) to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) for the Philadelphia Terminal located at 3300 North Delaware Avenue, Ward #45 in the City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County. Kinder Morgan has indicated that a combination of Statewide Health and Site Specific Standards have been selected for the site. The proposed future use of the site is to remain commercial/ industrial.
