Application of Susquehanna Energy Advisors, Inc. ("SEA") for approval to offer, render, or furnish natural gas services as a marketer/broker engaged in the business of supplying natural gas supply services to the public in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
SEA will be filing an application with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission ("PUC") for a license to provide natural gas supply services as a marketer/broker engaged in the business of providing natural gas services. SEA proposes to sell natural gas and related services in PECO, UGI, and UGI Penn Natural under the provisions of the new Natural Gas Choice and Competition Act.

The City of Philadelphia, Air Management Services (AMS) intends to renew a Title V/State Operating Permit for the following facility:
V15-000: Inolex Chemical Company (Jackson and Swanson Streets, Philadelphia, PA 19148) for the operation of a chemical manufacturing facility in the City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County. The facility's air emission sources include a 52 MMBTU/hr boiler (limited to 49 MMBTU/hr), one (1) 20 MMBTU/hr boiler, one (1) 6.5 MMBTU/hr boiler, one (1) 49 MMBTU/hr boiler firing natural gas and No.2 fuel oil, Seven (7) reactors with Vent Condensers, one (1) reactor tank, one (1) distillation column with Vent Condenser, one (1) deodorizer tank with Vent Condenser, one (1) DMAPA Scrubber and a 150 hp emergency generator.
The operating permit will be issued under the Pennsylvania Code Title 25, Philadelphia Code Title 3 and Air Management Regulation XIII. Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2, notice is hereby given that Springfield Township is submitting to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection a Notice of Intent to Remediate a site located at 1725 Walnut Avenue, in Springfield Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. This NIR states that the site is currently vacant but was occupied by the Former Tank Car Corporation of America. The site has been found to be contaminated with volatile organic compounds (VOCs), semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs), and metals, which have impacted soil and ground water. Certain pathway elimination measures are already in place, and additional measures will be instituted to demonstrate attainment of Act 2 standards. The future use of the property is currently planned to include open, public recreational space and a ball field.
Springfield Township plans to remediate the Site to the Act 2 Site Specific Standard. The Act provides for a 30-day public comment period for Site Specific Standard remediations. The 30-day comment period is initiated with the publication of this notice. Until May 12, 2017, requests may be submitted to Springfield Township to be involved in the development of the remediation plans and reuse plans for the site. During the 30-day comment period, copies of requests to Springfield Township to develop and implement a public involvement plan and of any comments should also be sent to the Department of Environmental Protection, Southeast Regional Office, 2 East Main Street, Norristown, PA 19401.

Vendors interested in downloading the documents from the Authority's website must first register with Mary Wheeler, Manager of Contract Administration, by submitting your name and contact information to mwheeler@philapark.org.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at the offices of the Philadelphia Parking Authority on Friday, April 21, 2017 at 2:00 PM. Vendors may participate in the pre-proposal meeting via conference call, 1-720-259-7053; Passcode: 968017. Prospective vendors are encouraged to submit questions from date of issuance until Friday, May 12, 2017 at 2:00 PM. Please forward all questions to Mary Wheeler via email at mwheeler@philapark.org. Only questions submitted in writing will be addressed. Proposals are due no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 24, 2017.
