Philadelphia Corporation for Aging (PCA) is seeking creative proposals for the provision of legal services to Philadelphia County older adults during the period covering July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018. The maximum amount of funds anticipated to be available for this service is $405,627 for the 12-month period. It is PCA's intent to renew the contract(s) with satisfactory service provider(s) annually, within a five-year cycle (FY 2018-2022), subject to negotiation of the contract. All proposals submitted must be based on official Request for Proposal (RFP) guidelines, which will be available on Thursday, April 13, 2017. The City of Philadelphia, Air Management Services (AMS) intends to renew a Title V/State Operating Permit for the following facility:
V14-026: Temple University, Health Sciences Campus (3401 North Broad Street, Philadelphia PA 19140) for the operation of a hospital, college, university, & professional school in the City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County. The Title V facility's air emission sources include the following: three (3) 74.6 MMBtu/hr boilers firing natural-gas (NG) or No. 2 fuel oil; one (1) 1.01 MMBtu/hr boiler firing NG or No. 2 fuel oil; one (1) 0.0947 MMBtu/hr boiler firing NG; four (4) fire pumps, each rated 250 kilowatt (kw) or less, firing No. 2 fuel oil; three (3) emergency generators, each rated 250 kw or less, firing natural gas; six (6) emergency generators, each rated 746 kw or greater, firing No. 2 fuel oil; and (10) emergency generators, each rated less than 500 kw, firing No 2 fuel oil or diesel fuel.
The operating permit will be reissued under the Pennsylvania Code Title 25, Philadelphia Code Title 3 and Air Management Regulation XIII. OP16-00027: Philadelphia Energy Solutions Refining and Marketing LLC. Schuylkill River Tank Farm (70th and Essington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19145) for the operation of a petroleum products storage tank facility in the City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County. The facility's air emissions sources include twenty one (21) internal floater storage tanks with capacities between 2.6-4.9 million gallons; two (2) open floater tanks, each with a capacity of 4.8144 million gallons; one (1) oil-water separator; one (1) propane loading rack with flare (60,000 lbs/hr) firing propane/butane; fugitive emissions; and two (2) diesel firepumps (one 290 hp and the other 255 hp).
The operating permit will be renewed under the Pennsylvania Code Title 25, Philadelphia Code Title 3 and Air Management Regulation XIII.
